15% VAT automated

VAT calculated on every bill, stamped on every receipt, exported as ZATCA-ready records. Zero risk during audit.

WhatsApp adoption in KSA is among the highest globally. Customers chat. We respond. The KOT prints.

Saudi FAQ

Questions Saudi restaurant owners ask us.

?Is Online eMenu ZATCA Phase 2 compliant?

Yes. We generate QR-coded simplified tax invoices, cryptographic stamps, and integrate with ZATCA's Fatoora platform. Tax records are audit-ready, exportable in the ZATCA-required format. No add-on fees.

?Do I need to use a specific iPad like Foodics requires?

No. Online eMenu is BYOD — Bring Your Own Device. Runs on any Android phone or tablet (Android 8+), any iPad (iOS 14+), or any Windows touchscreen. We support every major Bluetooth, USB and LAN printer. Save SAR 5,000+ per terminal.

?How does Mada and STC Pay integration work?

Mada is built into the payment terminal as a primary tender option. STC Pay flows through their official API for in-chat payment links. Apple Pay works via the standard Apple terminal. Cards (Visa, Mastercard) via HyperPay or PayTabs.

?Is Arabic UI properly supported?

Yes. Native RTL layout — not a translation. Arabic menus, Arabic receipts (with cryptographic stamp visible), Arabic staff-facing dashboard, Arabic customer-facing QR menu. Compliant with Saudi consumer-rights and labelling standards.

?Which delivery aggregators are integrated?

HungerStation, Jahez, Mrsool, ToYou, Talabat, NoonFood — all the major Saudi aggregators, plus Talabat for cross-GCC. All flow into the same POS queue with automatic KOT routing.

?How long does it take to switch from Foodics?

Most Saudi restaurants are fully live on Online eMenu in 48 hours. Our team handles menu import, ZATCA registration, payment gateway setup, aggregator linking, and printer configuration. The 14-day free trial means zero risk during transition.
