?Is there really no annual contract?

Correct. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel any time with no penalty. We charge monthly to your card or local payment method, and you only pay for the months you use.

?What does "BYOD" mean and why does it matter?

Bring Your Own Device. Online eMenu runs on the Android phone, iPad, or Windows laptop you already own. Foodics requires you to buy their iPad bundle (AED 5,000–15,000). Petpooja prefers specific tablets. We don't lock you into hardware.

?Is the 14-day trial really free?

Yes. Full access to your selected plan, no credit card required to start. If you choose to continue after 14 days, we'll ask for payment details. If you don't, your account simply pauses — no surprise charges.

?Are aggregator integrations included?

Yes. Zomato and Swiggy in India, Talabat and Deliveroo in the UAE — all included from the Starter plan upward. Careem Now and HungerStation are included from the Business / Growth plan.

?Do I pay extra for the Kitchen Display (KDS)?

The KDS is included in the Growth (India) and Business (UAE) plans and above. Foodics charges for it as a separate add-on; we don't.

?Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

?What payment methods do you accept?

India: UPI, Razorpay, all major cards, net banking. UAE: Mada (cross-border), Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer. Enterprise plans support invoicing and PO-based billing.

?How fast can I go live?

Most restaurants are operational in under 30 minutes from sign-up. Our team handles menu import, payment gateway setup, aggregator linking, and printer configuration on a 30-min onboarding call — included in every plan.
